To make a complaint, please contact us in writing at hello@trine.com and ask to be referred to the Complaints Officer. We aim to get back to every complaint within a day or two but if that is not possible we will respond within 14 days.

If the outcome of the complain is not satisfactory, it is possible to contact the alternative dispute resolution provider we use. It is free to submit a complaint.
