How to give us feedback and how to make a complaint.

We love to get feedback! Anyone that wants to show us something we can improve, has a product request, or would like to discuss a topic, don't hesitate to reach out at hello@trine.com.

You can also submit ideas, feedback, and improvement suggestions through our open Feedback Dashboard. Here you will be able to see what other investors have submitted!

To make a complaint, please fill our complains form and email to complaints@trine.com. We aim to get back to every complaint within a day or two but if that is not possible we will respond within 14 days.

If the outcome of the complaint is not satisfactory, it is possible to contact the alternative dispute resolution provider we use.
