All investors at Trine need to provide documents to verify their identity. Companies need to provide some extra documentation. here is what you will need to upload:
A valid, non-expired passport of the director of the company (both pages clearly showing your photo and the MRZ number along the bottom).
A copy of your Certificate of incorporation.
A copy of your Share Register
A copy of a valid, non-expired passport(s) for any shareholders owning 25% or more of the company.
