You can also share your ideas, feedback, and suggestions for improvement through our open Feedback Dashboard. This platform also allows you to view submissions from other investors as well.
How to submit a complaint.
To submit a complaint, please complete our complaints form and email it to complaints@trine.com. We strive to respond to all complaints within one to two days; however, if that is not possible, we will reply within 14 days.
If you are not satisfied with the outcome of your complaint, you can reach out to our alternative dispute resolution provider.
